General Contracting

Construction Management

In our experience, an effective CM works with the architect and engineers during the design phase, offering value engineering ideas on an ongoing basis. Once construction begins, the effective CM acts as a General Contractor (GC), continuing a partnership with the architect and owner to complete a successful project.
